Conference fees

• Early registration (for presenters with accepted abstracts): 375 EUR (attendance in Aalborg) / 275 EUR (online attendance). Deadline for early registration is 31 May 2026. 
• Normal fee: 475 EUR (attendance in Aalborg) / 375 EUR (online attendance). Normal fee applies from 1 June to 25 August 2026.
• Additional fee for conference dinner (Aalborg): 110 EUR

When you register, you pay a basic conference fee. If you wish to participate online, no further fees are added. If you wish to participate in person in Aalborg and in the conference dinner, additional fees are added to the basic conference fee, when you select these options in the form.

Online attendance means access to online conference platform where you can watch all recorded presentations and communicate in writing with the presenters. There will not be any live streaming from the conference in Aalborg.

All prices are inclusive of 25% VAT. Payment must be made by credit card. A receipt will be sent by email.

Please note that registration is binding.

Cancellation policy

•           Cancellations are non-refundable
•           Non-arrivals will be non-refundable for any reason
•           Substitute participants will be accepted at any time – a name will be required
